Mechanical Helper (Technician)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Mechanical Helper (Technician) to assist with mechanical maintenance, repairs, and installations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will support senior technicians in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical systems, and/or will be involved in production operations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Support Mechanical Technicians
-Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and industrial machinery.
-Provide hands-on support during troubleshooting and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Manufacturing
-Flexibly fill gaps in the operations’ workforce as required
• Tool and Equipment Handling
-Prepare and organize tools, materials, and equipment required for mechanical tasks.
-Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Routine Maintenance Assistance
-Support in conducting routine maintenance checks on machines (e.g., lubrication, cleaning, tightening).
-Help monitor the condition of mechanical parts and report any abnormalities or wear.
• Cleaning and Housekeeping
-Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
-Clean mechanical components and machinery as needed to support maintenance activities.
• Safety Compliance
-Follow all workplace safety rules and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
-Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to supervisors immediately.
• Material Handling
-Assist in lifting, moving, and installing mechanical components or heavy parts under supervision.
-Handle materials and spare parts inventory as directed by the technician or supervisor.
• Learning and Development
-Take direction and training from senior technicians to develop mechanical skills.
-Stay open to learning technical knowledge and procedures related to mechanical maintenance.
• Support During Machine Setup or Shutdown
-Help during equipment startup, shutdown, or changeovers as required by production schedules.

Required Qualifications:
• Basic understanding of mechanical tools and equipment.
• ITI Fitter or mechanic or equivalent.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Physically fit and able to work in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and shifts.
• Prior experience in a mechanical or maintenance role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluent in English language

Electrical Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Electrical Technician with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should be proficient in reading and interpreting basic electrical drawings and be flexible to adapt to the dynamic nature of a manufacturing setting.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Electrical Maintenance & Troubleshooting
-Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, machines, and equipment.
-Diagnose and repair electrical issues on production and facility equipment promptly to minimize downtime.
• Reading Electrical Drawings
-Interpret and work from basic electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to carry out installations and repairs.
• Installation & Assembly
-Install and wire electrical components in accordance with safety regulations and manufacturing standards.
-Assemble control panels, junction boxes, and other electrical enclosures.
• Compliance & Safety
-Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local electrical codes, company policies, and safety regulations.
-Participate in safety meetings and actively follow all safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Manufacturing Support
-Support production lines by ensuring all electrical systems and machinery operate efficiently.
-Assist in setup, testing, and commissioning of new equipment or modifications to existing systems.
-Flexibly fill gaps in the operations’ workforce as required
• Documentation & Reporting
-Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
-Report any electrical issues or unsafe conditions to the supervisor immediately.
• Flexibility & Teamwork
-Be willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as required by production needs.
-Collaborate effectively with other technicians, engineers, and production staff to achieve operational goals.

Required Qualifications:
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of basic electrical drawings and wiring schematics.
• Familiar with electrical tools, testing instruments, and safety equipment.
• Good understanding of electrical safety standards and industrial codes.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts if required.
• Preferred inside the UAE candidates.
• Fluent in English language
